To keep your bed cool and breathable during
summer, look for natural fabrics, such as cotton and silk. These fabrics
will naturally wick moisture away from your skin, keeping you cool
while you sleep. You'll want to avoid synthetic fabrics such as satin and polyester because they aren't as breathable.
In addition, you'll want to look for sheets that are lower in thread
count, like Echelon Home's Egyptian Percale sheets. They're a great choice for your
summer bedding because they are lightweight and crisp. Higher thread
count sheets have a tighter weave and tend to be heavier and less
breathable.
